Getting older...

Today Alexis turned 17... months! It is hard to believe that she is growing up so quickly. She is talking up a storm these days, as you saw on our previous post. Her favorite words are shoe and car. She loves to ride around in her pink car and help everyone put their shoes on. Her favorite animals are the cats, and they put up with quite a bit! Her favorite food right now is bananas and toast. She has suddenly gotten to be quite stylish and wants to wear her sunglasses all the time, even at night... an O'Shea at heart. She loves to make a big mess but also makes sure to pick up every microscopic piece of lint that she finds and runs over to Mom or Dad to make sure it gets thrown away. Bathtime is fun time, and she would stay in the tub all the time if we let her... Prunty Pool time should be fun this summer! Alexis likes to give out kisses... big wet ones!

Talk Talk Talk

Alexis has become very talkative within the last few months. Some of her favorite words to say are ball, Elmo, bike, car, Karli, purple, Jake, Scott, Mama, Dada, kitty, Beth, coke, cold, no, ok, toes, Shrek, and lots of others that I can't remember right now. We took a quick video of her practicing her vocabulary... take a look...
