Buddy

Dave loves dogs, and he REALLY loves Buddy! Buddy belongs to our friends Travis and Riss. Buddy was a good boy and put up with all of Dave's loving embraces!

Where's your...?

Dave has some work to do on pointing out his body parts. However, he does get it right sometimes... so we're not sure if he really doesn't know, or if he knows perfectly well where everything is, and just thinks he is the world's greatest comedian! He is such a funny little guy!

Swim Lessons

Today was Alexis' first day of swim lessons. She LOVED it! Today was the pre-test day, to decide which class each kid needs to be in, and tomorrow she will be put into a group based on how she did today. She appeared to be having a blast, and the teacher said that she even put her face in the water for one millionth of a second, so she is well on her way towards a gold medal in swimming.

Dave is funny, and he knows it! Sorry for the background noise... we had a plumbing leak, and the noise you hear are the three industrial sized fans and the gigantic dehumidifier in the background.

Camping and Weaverfest

This past weekend we took Alexis on her first ever camping trip. She likes to pretend to camp all of the time, so it was very exciting for her to go on a real campout! Of course, she ended up complaining about the bugs, the dirt, the lack of wet washcloths for wiping her hands, etc... but overall it was a success!

We camped out Friday night, and then Saturday was the annual Weaverfest party. I didn't get very many pictures, but here are a few...

This is the ridiculous amount of stuff required for one night of camping, and one night of hoteling (and there was more stuff in the car).

Holiday Weekend

We had a great holiday weekend!

Dave loved the water gun...

Alexis is a fish... she can't get enough of the pool. I wish I had some pictures from the Prunty pool... she was in there for hours!

Dave finally got into the spice cabinet at Grandma and Grandpa's house... this is usually locked so it was very exciting for him! (Do you see his cute 'blue jeans' diaper?)
