Crib, Tiger, Potty

Alexis never sleeps alone... she always has Stinky, Travel Blankie #1, Travel Blankie #2, her big pink blankie, Edgar the Elephant, Flat-Out Bear, Komatsu Bear, Gay Pride Lion (named for his rainbow mane), and two blankies that belonged to Cort when he was little. Yesterday after her nap, she set everybody up for a picture. There is hardly room for her in that crib! Maybe it is time for a king size bed.

Although we haven't been pushing it, Alexis is really excited about her potty seat these days. She probably goes potty on it 4 or 5 times a day. The chance to run around pants-less for awhile is a good prize for using the potty seat. Hopefully she grows out of that before going away to college...

Happy Early Birthday Uncle Scott

On Saturday we are going up to Uncle Scott's place to celebrate his birthday. Alexis is VERY excited about the party, and has been talking about it all week. She keeps singing the birthday song... listen! Five lines of "Happy Birthday To You Uncle Scott"!!

Ten thousand new toys in our house, and what is more fun than anything? Hiding in an empty diaper box.

Alexis is getting ready for our Mexico trip in February! Today she tried on her UV swimsuit from Gramma Debi and Grampa Joe. Looking slightly ridiculous seems like a better option than applying sunscreen to every inch of her body twenty times a day!
