Little Artist

Alexis has turned into quite the artist lately. It seems like only a few months ago she was barely able to draw anything recognizable, and now she is getting to be really good. Check out some of her work...

Happy New Year!

Time to catch up on some pictures that I have been meaning to post, as well as some new ones from today.

A few weeks ago, Alexis had her first dentist appointment... and she did a great job! She was as still as a statue in the chair. We were so proud of her!

Alexis spends a lot of time making hats... here is a picture of her wearing her Indian hat... note the feather on top. She likes to make anything that involves scissors and tape.

Alexis is such a great big sister that she made a bed for Dave on the couch! Doesn't he look thrilled about it?

Dave has a new trick... using the chair as a walker (well, walking along on his knees).

His other new trick... he is starting to get up on his knees and look around to see what he can get at... I wonder what devious plot he is thinking up while he looks at our laptop?

Today we went to visit my college roommate, Laura, and her husband Joe. They have a baby girl named Julia, and she is about 11 months old and smiley as can be. Here is the best shot I was able to get of all 3 kids at once!

Pinching Dave's butt... he is irresistible. :-)

Joe was a good sport and went "driving" with Alexis for a long time...
