Do you remember my ballerina dress from two years ago? Well guess what... it finally fits perfectly!
And now I can spin and leap around like a real ballerina!
In other news, baby #2 is getting BIG. We are afraid there might be 3 of 4 of them, judging by the growth rate of my stomach. Alexis is still holding on to hopes that it might be a baby tiger. I am still debating which would be more work... a baby or a tiger.
Alexis has been potty trained for about a month now, and is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her new big girl bed! She has FINALLY hit the 27 pound mark, so we are glad that she is gaining a bit of weight. We have had a lot of funny conversations with her lately... it is great to see the wheels turning. For example, I explained to her that we live in the city of Orland Park, which is in the state of Illinois, which is in the United States of America, which is on the Earth. So she thought about that for a second, and then said "So that means that the Earth is behind the bushes!" She might need an astronomy refresher course with her Uncle! She also told us that when she gets bigger, she will take a big ladder and climb up to the moon. And when she gets to be much much tinier, she will get to be a baby and use a pacifier.
That's the latest... we will try to make posts more frequently from now on!
