Today we went to the Children's Farm to look for our pumpkins. We took a hayride out to the field, picked out the perfect ones, and then we got to ride in a golf cart back to our car with our giant pumpkins! I thought that was a nice little service provided by the farm. Alexis got to ride in the back to protect the pumpkins, which was a thrill for her!
Here are the kids looking for the perfect pumpkin... for Alexis, this meant perfectly round, not too tall, no flat spots, no weird marks, and no dirt. Needless to say, it took quite awhile for her to settle on one.

Dave always tries to pick up heavy objects... he tried to pick up all of the pumpkins he came across in the field.
Posing for a quick photo...
